Free Virtual Professional Development Training for Teachers.

<p>The outbreak of Coronavirus has caused major disruptions to the education of young people everywhere. To compensate, teachers faced the major challenge of quickly getting up to speed with the skills necessary to teach and support their students at a distance.
</p><p>
Of course the lockdown and social distancing strategies deployed by governments also challenged how teachers could rapidly acquire such skills, and so Tablet Academy have stepped up to the plate, and, with the support from our friends at Microsoft, will be running a series of 42 free events, in English, Dutch, French and German.</p>

<h3>The 42 events will cover 14 unique topics including</h3><ul><li>Introduction to delivering remote lessons using Microsoft Teams </li><li>Introduction to using Minecraft in Education Edition </li><li>Teaching Mathematics using OneNote, Forms, and Maths solver </li><li>Microsoft Accessibility Tools </li><li>Delivering Remote Presentations using Whiteboard, PowerPoint and Stream</li></ul>

<h3>In this event we will be covering;</h3><ul><li>Microsoft have invested heavily in providing accessibility tools to support learners around the world. This session will explore the range of accessibility tools available in Word, OneNote, PowerPoint and more, including the Immersive Reader and PowerPoint Translator.</li></ul>
