As part of our Terms and conditions we will contact you after the workshop/course to participate in an anonymous short survey about GEMS service. This is for us to improve service and be able to provide a better support for children and their families.

GEMS as part of Solutions4Health require consent for your personal information to be stored and also to be shared with our workshop delivery facilitators who require this in order to send you information related to the workshop. You will also be contacted by email or telephone regarding any bookings or queries. We also use non-identifiable information for reporting purposes.

If at any point, there are concerns relating to safeguarding we are obliged to share relevant information.
