Are you able to deliver this course to my organisation / school?

We can deliver all of our courses directly to groups, schools and organisations either online or in person. Please contact us to discuss.

Is  this session recorded.

Accepted Answer

This session is being offered with a recording of the live sessions available for 7 days after the second session. To access the recording you will be registered via your ticket details for our training hub and will receive an email how to access the recording after the second session of the course.

Do you offer support for low income groups / people

We do offer support where financial difficulty may prevent people from accessing this course. Please email us to discuss.

How do I access this course

Accepted Answer

You can access via the event page via your Eventbrite Account. The join button will become active on the day of the training. You will also receive an individual Zoom access link prior to the course via email. Please remember to check your junk mail as these emails sometimes get filtered as spam.

Question 6

Someone else bought the ticket for me how can I access the session?

Accepted Answer

When signing up to as session the purchaser is able to enter your email details for attending this course. If they have not been able to do this please email training.support@pdasociety.org.uk with the order number, name and email address of the attendee and we can update this for you.

Question 7

Will I receive a copy of the slides?

All attendees will receive a copy of the slides 5-7 working days after the course via Eventbrite. This email may go into your spam or junk folder.

Question 8

I purchased a ticket but cannot attend now what are my options?

Accepted Answer

Transfers to another course are available up to 24 hours before the start time of the course. Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the course. Any cancellations within 24 hours of a course are not able to be transferred or refunded. Please email training.support@pdasociety.org.uk to arrange.
