Life pulls us in so many directions that we lose touch with ourselves. The PEACEfully Wild Wellbeing Walks are a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and with the present moment.
Each session focuses on a different theme, exploring movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery in a natural setting. You can attend a single session or come to multiple for a deeper experience.

Releasing control and finding peace in the present
Like a river, life is always moving. When we resist, we create struggle. When we learn to flow, we move through challenges with ease. This session invites you to let go of resistance, embrace the present moment, and trust your own rhythm.

This event is designed for business owners and professionals feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or in need of self-care. It’s open to anyone looking to take a break, recharge, and connect with others in a supportive and inspiring setting.
The walk is gentle and suitable for all fitness levels. We’ll be moving at a relaxed pace with regular pauses for reflection and connection.
Please dress for the weather—warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear are recommended, as the event will proceed rain or shine.
Bring an open mind, a willingness to connect, and a reusable cup if you’d like to minimise waste when enjoying your hot drink. You might also want to bring business cards to give to people you connect with during the event
We'll meet at the North Road entrance, by the subway steps.
There is parking in Sophia Gardens, and a couple of multi storeys nearby. Parking can be tricky, so please ensure you leave plenty of time. I will make sure you have my phone number so you can let me know if you're running late.
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event I will issue a full refund, or transfer your place to a future event if you prefer.
The event will go ahead in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately. In the event of severe weather, I’ll contact participants with an update.
