Can I give my dietary requirements on the day?

We require your dietary requirements  when making your booking and at least 10 days before the event. This allows us to make necessary arrangements to ensure you have a delightful experience with us. We cannot accommodate requests made on the day of the event or after the specified deadline.

What time should I book my taxi for?

The venue closes its gates at 1am. Please arrange to be collected from Llanerch by this time.

Can I bring children to the event?

This is an adult only event - so make sure you book the babysitters!
