A chance for Performance Coaches to experience new ideas and approaches to get even better at what they do.The experiential conference will explore the future of the game in Wales, leadership from the front line, delivering performance cultures, the neuroscience of coaching, how artificial intelligence can support coaches, a tech/tact panel, how we can work with the media and a special guest speaker. We will hear ideas and be challenged by speakers from within and outside the game, all experts in their field, who can help coaches to accelerate their knowledge and understanding with direct transfer onto the grass.For those who can't make the daytime event we are running a summary session in the evening from 6-8pm.
