    By the end of the session attendees will be able to:

    • Explain the purpose and benefits of annual and mid-year reviews
    • Describe the key skills that underpin effective feedback
    • Prepare effectively for a performance review conversation
    • Write a SMART objective
    • Locate and utilise supporting guidance and learning content
