Perineal Care - Virtual Session

Welcome to our Perineal Care Session!

This online session has been designed to help you prepare your body for birth and the postnatal period. This session will provide you with lots of useful information on vaginal tears, how to prepare your body in advance to avoid tearing, and how to look after your stitches should you need them after the birth.

Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your family, this session is valuable to you. This virtual sessions allows you the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable knowledge from our experienced maternity leaders.

We recommend booking onto this session from 16 weeks . Suitable to attend from 30 weeks onwards.
