Do I need any prior qualifications?

No, open to all applicants. Phlebotomy Optional – This course can be completed without phlebotomy training, enabling you to work in partnership with a qualified phlebotomist.

Will I be qualified to treat clients after the course?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you will gain a Level 3 nationally recognised qualification, accredited by the Open College Network and CPD Certification Service.

Question 3

Can I take the course online?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the Virtual Classroom option includes a FREE Practise@Home Kit (worth £79.95) so you can complete practical training from anywhere.

Question 4

How long is the course?

Accepted Answer

There will be 6-8 hours worth of theory to complete online, in your own time, and a day of practical training via a Zoom session with a tutor or in the classroom.

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can secure your place with a deposit and pay the balance in instalments. The full amount must be paid at least 5 working days before the course date. We also offer Klarna when booking online.

Question 6

When will I receive my certificate?

Accepted Answer

Digital certificates are issued within 7–14 working days after the course on your learning platform. Printed copies are available for an additional fee.
