Peritoneal Malignancy Wellbeing Day
An opportunity for those affected by Peritoneal Malignancy to attend a day of workshops and discussions.
We invite those affected by peritoneal malignancy to join us for a Wellbeing Day of presentations and workshops.
Sessions will cover peritoneal malignancies including appendix cancer, pseudomyxoma peritonei, peritoneal mesothelioma, and colorectal cancer with spread to the peritoneum.
The programme will explore a range of topics including understanding different disease types, radiology, nutrition, physiotherapy and exercise, psychological wellbeing, and the latest research and developments. Throughout the day, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions of our specialist team, connect with other patients and families, visit information stands, and hear personal patient stories.
This event is organised by the Peritoneal Malignancy Institute Basingstoke and the Pelican Cancer Foundation, with support from Mesothelioma UK, Pseudomyxoma Survivor and HASAG.
