Permission to Pause is a gently guided yoga and sound experience designed to help you slow down and soften your nervous system.

Permission to Pause is a gentle yoga and sound experience created to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and fully unwind.

The session combines soft, accessible yoga with an immersive sound bath, designed to support calm, grounding and deep relaxation. There’s no pressure to perform, no expectations around experience, and no need to push your body in any way. You’re invited to move gently, rest when you need to, and settle into a pace that feels supportive for you.

The event will be held in a calm, dedicated studio space, set up to feel safe, quiet and supportive. All abilities are welcome, including complete beginners, and many people attend on their own.

This is a small, intimate session by design, allowing the experience to feel spacious, personal and unrushed.

Gentle Grounding Yoga

A slow, accessible yoga practice focused on grounding and safety, breath-led movement and releasing tension from the body. This is not a physically demanding class. Movements are optional, and rest is always encouraged.

Sound Bath & Deep Rest

Settle into stillness for an immersive sound bath using therapeutic instruments. The intention is deep rest, regulation and integration. Guests are invited to lie down, get comfortable and simply unwind.
