Description
This session explores personal and organisational resilience, what it is, why we need it and how to build up resilience levels.
The session is delivered by our Home Office Leadership inAction team, it includes interactive exercises and a facilitator sharing a personal resilience themed story which some may find upsetting.
Delegates will explore what happens to the mind and body when under pressure, coping mechanisms, mindset and tips on creating a more positive outlook.
Open to all grades, this session will provide you an opportunity to build your civil service networks with colleagues from other Government Departments.
Please ensure you obtain approval from your line manager before registering for the event, and ensure you register using your work email address.
Please ensure you use the facility when registering to add the event to your calendar so that you don't forget and double book, and so that people on your team know where you are.
