Who can use a children’s ticket?

A children’s ticket is available to anyone aged between 2 and 18 years old. Children under two years old can come for free but will need to sit on the lap of their parent or guardian.

I’m coming as part of a large group, but I can’t buy tickets. What can I do?

Our ticket limit is 15 tickets per transaction. If your group is larger than this, you will need to split your order. A group of 20 people could, for example, buy 10 tickets and then another 10. Just make sure to set each order as 15 tickets or fewer.

Do you offer group discounts?

What time should I arrive?

Doors open 45 minutes before the show and you can enter the theatre and take your seats 30 minutes before the performance starts.

Within the venue, there will be a bar serving alcoholic and soft drinks. Coffee will also be available together with popcorn, candy floss and ice cream. Our friends at Cocoa Loco will also have their signature chocolate buttons for sale.

A range of souvenir merchandise will be available together with our panto programmes.
