Do you have allocated or reserved seating?

No we do not! The seating is first come first served.

Do you offer essential companion tickets?

Yes we do, please note that we have a limited number of companion tickets so please email theatre@enablelc.org so we can confirm them.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are not issued, however if you would like to like to exchange your ticket for another show then please email theatre@enablelc.org. Please note that this is dependant on availability of ticket allocation on other shows.

Is there parking or accessibility parking?

Accepted Answer

Parking and accessibility parking is only available for weekend shows (Saturday or Sunday shows).

Will I be able to bring my baby and stroller?

Yes, we will have an area for strollers to be stored!

Are we able to bring food and drink into the venue?

Yes!

Will you have food and drink at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will have snacks such as crisps, popcorn and ice cream as well as a range of soft drinks including tea & coffee and alcoholic drinks such as mulled wine, cider and beer.

Will you cater to my allergies?

We will only have pre-packed snacks available to buy and although we will have a range of snacks they may not necessarily cater to all allergies.

Do you have card facilities at the venue?

We do! The venue will be cash-less so we will only be accepting card.

When is first and last entry?

First entry is 30 minutes before show time and last entry when the show starts!

How long is the show on for?

Accepted Answer

The show will be 70 minutes with a 20 minute interval in between making the total show 90 minutes.

Will there be an interval during the show?

Accepted Answer

Yes there will be a 20 minute interval!

Do you have access facilities at the venue?

Yes!

What is the best way to travel to the venue?

Accepted Answer

You can either get the train to Wandsworth Town Station, Clapham Junction Station or Putney Station. Or you can get one of the following buses to Wandsworth Town Hall: 28, 37, 39, 44, 87, 728
