My heart beats for entrepreneurship, although my journey started in the corporate world. Experiencing the marketing & sales realm for 25+ years, first through the lens of global multinationals such as Coca-Cola, GfK, ABB, Freudenberg, Information Resources Inc. as a National Key Account Manager and Marketing Consultant, and later by working side-by-side with business owners and big businesses in a variety of industries, I uncovered common dysfunctional behavioral patterns within organizations irrespective of the size. Upon this discovery, I implemented unconventional methods of operation and systems that led to sustainable growth while keeping teams healthy.

Having a solid understanding of the European market, including the specifics of Western and Eastern mentalities, culture, and habits, combined with my ability to interact and communicate with audiences in their native language, enables me to feel the pulse and quickly identify the root cause of a business owner's struggle. Providing highly individualized solutions to a perceived problem is what I excel at.

After making Amazon’s best-seller list with my book “Die Podcasting-Goldgrube” and writing thousands of non-fiction articles and blog posts throughout my career, I’ve decided to explore new realities by diving into the fascinating world of poetry, fiction, and sci-fi. “Spiritual Harvest” is my first book in this genre, encompassing a collection of poems and short stories inspired by the quantum.

My mission is to help creative souls thrive in a competitive and often harsh entrepreneurial environment by picking the appropriate business strategies while unleashing their powerful, intuitive capabilities. My vision is to harness the high-frequency insights from the quantum field and integrate them safely and effectively in the business realm to expand consciousness.

MARJEAN HOLDEN - International Trainer / Author / Filmmaker

Having spent over 30 years in the entertainment industry, starring, guest starring and performing stunts in more than 40+ films and TV shows, I am no stranger to fear, uncertainty, self-doubt and the pressures of always having to be “ON” in order to get to the Directors famous words “That’s great…Check Playback…Moving on”. From daring action scenes to powerful roles on screen, I had to learn how to stand strong push past those fears, control my emotions and embrace my strengths. But as thrilling as it was, there was a burning desire inside my soul that wanted more and I very quickly came to know on a deeply profound level that my true gift wasn’t just physical power—it was supporting, inspiring and encouraging others to remember who they REALLY are and to help them step into their unique genius.

After a very successful stint in the film industry in 2005, I shifted my focus from bright lights and pseudo glamour of Hollywood to the world of personal transformation. Since then, I’ve traveled to 14 countries, leading transformational trainings and dedicating over 15,000 hours to empowering people to break through personal limitations to unlock their potential. My mission is to ignite passion, purpose, and power in everyone I encounter—whether it’s one-on-one coaching, team leadership, or speaking and training from the stage.

As a lifelong athlete, I’ve learned the importance of mental toughness and resilience—principles that guide my abilities to coach and train today. I believe that every single person has a unique zone of genius just waiting to be unleashed. My passion is helping you find it, own it, and live it unapologetically with unshakable confidence, vulnerability and grounded authenticity.

I’ve also shared my journey through books like "The Power of the Goddess" and "Un-Apologetically Her", where I reflect on stories of strength, transformation, and courage.
