<h3>5 week set of sessions start Thursday 28th April 11:00 to 12:00</h3>Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, over a net.Pickleball is less strenuous on the body than tennis, but is ideal for developing fitness and having fun.It couldn’t be easier to have a go at Pickleball and discover for yourself just how much fun it is!No special equipment is required and any comfortable clothing is fine. Trainers or tennis shoes are recommended.(WARNING: You will probably become addicted !) If you would like to attend but have no means of transport or someone you look after needs a companion while you are out, please let us know. We will do our best to help.
