Yoga and Pilates Class in York.

7.45 to 8.30pm

The £10 cost of this eventbrite ticket gets you a two week trial of the class on the weeks of your choice. After that classes are £7 per week. There are discounts for multiple classes per week, please email me for details.

Unlock your body’s potential in this Pilates and Yoga class. We will focus on precision, alignment, and correct movement. Whatever your level this will be a safe and effective workout that builds functional strength and mobility.

Please bring along a mat and a blanket or towel. You are welcome to bring a pillow along for extra comfort. A yoga strap and block may be useful if you already have them, but are not essential.

I also run Adult tap classes at Beginner, Beginner Plus, Intermediate and Advanced level on a Wednesday evening. A Beginners tap class on a Monday at Southlands Methodist Church, straight before this beginers tap class. Kids classes are on a Wednesday morning.
