This extended Sunday Pilates workshop is an invitation to slow right down. We’ll begin by exploring how breath connects to the deep core, pelvic floor, and movement so you can building awareness from the inside. With more time than a usual class, we’ll move deliberately to refine technique, and allow the body to fully integrate each exercise. The session will gradually soften, finishing with a nourishing deep stretch, using longer holds to release tension
