Try something new from the NHS as part of the Live Well, Age Well pilot at Sidcup Storyteller.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
You will need to bring a yoga mat with you.
