Pilates focuses on controlled, gentle movements to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and support better balance. Using mindful breathing throughout, participants work through a range of exercises that stretch and lengthen the muscles.

Pilates at the HubJoin us for a calming, low-impact session designed to strengthen your body and support your overall wellbeing. Pilates focuses on slow, precise movements that lengthen and stretch the muscles while building abdominal strength, improving posture, and enhancing balance. Breath control is used throughout to help you move with ease and get the most from each exercise.This class is suitable for a wide range of abilities.
