<h3>Pilates for All Abilities</h3> This welcoming Pilates class is designed for every body — whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your existing practice.Focusing on controlled movement, core strength, flexibility, and posture, each session offers a balanced blend of mat-based exercises that can be adapted to suit your individual level and needs. Clear guidance and options for progression or modification ensure that everyone works safely and effectively at their own pace.Expect a calm, encouraging atmosphere where you can build strength from the inside out, improve alignment, and leave feeling both energized and centered.All ages and abilities are welcome — no prior experience required. Just bring yourself, a mat, and a willingness to move mindfully.
