An intimate evening mixing post classical, avant garde folk and jazz set in the beautiful candlelit surroundings and glorious acoustics of St Michael's & All Angels Church, Brighton.
This duobilled performance features two of Brighton's most exciting artists, Pillow and Samana, playing together for the first time underneath the outstanding Pre-Raphaelite works in this incredible space. This truly unique and special show is not to be missed. 
 
PiLLOW
 
A group of talented string players performing the dark and cinematic original compositions of James Osler, a composer and Jazz musician from Brighton. This is a newly born project blending the harmonic complexity of Jazz with simple Folk like melodies, combined with the instrumentation and set up of an unconventional string ensemble.
 
Featuring the exciting world class Violin player Richard Jones, who's part of many exciting bands and ensemble's including Mark Edward's The Cloggz. Along side the hugely talented Rachel Grimes on Cello, Julian Arthur on Viola, George Berrills on Contrabass and James Osler on Guitar.

Beautiful, original and intricate avant garde folk music written and performed by the incredible young nomadic duo, Frankie Mockett and Rebecca Rose Harris. Recently signed by Fatcat Records and soon to take off.
