Ash Rides Ldn facilitates spin classes like no other. Explicitly anti-diet Ash believes that movement should be about celebrating our bodies. In their rides the focus is on how we feel, riding with compassion for our bodies and reconnecting with the JOY of movement! Ash Rides Ldn hopes to prove class by class that movement is something for everyone, something to be enjoyed and something to be reclaimed for ourselves.

Welcome to your Pitbull Ride!Join us at Gymbox Victoria for a fabulous PITBULL (Mr Worldwide!) themed spin class! This playlist is pure millenial nostalgia and we are HERE FOR IT. We are hitting the dancefloor/spin bike for some irresistable floor filling bangers that remind us of our 20s, come join us! The ride will be approx 55 minutes in length but we'll be together slightly longer, for around an hour including set up/cool down.Anti-diet culture, jiggly dance party on a bike. The focus will be on how we feel and reconnecting with the joy of movement. This is an all ability ride, whether it's your first ride or your 1000th you are so welcome!Ash is a queer, non binary human dismantling diet-culture one spin class at a time! The actual cost of the class is £18 and tickets listed below that price are limited. We encourage you to consider the Green Bottle Method (see image below), designed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, for guidance as to where to place yourself on the sliding scale.QUICK GUIDE TO THE SLIDING SCALE*The top price ticket is the actual cost of the class and represents the full green bottle. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. We have called this option 'Time of Our Lives'.*The middle price ticket represents the half full green bottle. We have called this option 'Hotel Room Service'.*The bottom price ticket represents the almost empty green bottle. We have called this option 'Fireball'.There are a small number of bikes in every ride which are priced higher than the actual cost of the class. These are solidarity tickets which allow those with the means to do so to 'pay it forward' and subsidise the lower/no cost tickets. We have called these tickets 'Give Me Everything'.(Please note we cannot offer refunds, but if you're unable to make it, let us know at least 48 hours ahead of the class and we'll do what we can to transfer your ticket to another Ash Rides London class, subject to availability)!THANK YOU :)
