  • How to develop a business model
  • Identify your customers / clients and plan how you will generate revenue

Production

  • What to consider to develop and evolve your idea into a saleable product or service

About the speaker:

Steve Taylor has been coaching and training early-stage creative enterprises in business skills for the past two decades. In his own professional career Steve worked across a wide range of creative industries from branding to CGI, TV to magazine publishing, holding senior positions as well as working as a freelance consultant. His coaching sessions and workshops focus on developing creative entrepreneurs' essential business skills and practices.
