We are delighted to bring the Bulletproof Agency Network back with another online event. As usual these will be aimed at helping agency owners weather the storm, come out stronger and hopefully a little inspired too.We're excited to be joined by Dom Raban of <a href="https://corporationpop.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Corporation Pop</a> along with Rachel Wilson from <a href="https://www.kwdigital.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">KW Digital</a>We're Focusing on the pitching decision making process and ways agencies can still benefit from the in-housing trend

Dom Raban, Chair Corporation Pop and XploroDom has been creating ‘stuff’ for over 40 years, from punk fanzines in the 1970s to content for emerging technology platforms now. He’s been in the digital space since the start, building his first website in 1995 and his first 3D virtual environment in 1996. In 2007 he established Corporation Pop, a digital innovation agency that specialises in a user-centred design approach to develop apps, games and software. Recently he moved from his role as MD of the agency to become Chair, allowing him to focus on his new venture 'Xploro', a digital therapeutics application that uses AI, AR and games to reduce anxiety for children going to hospital.'
Presentation: To pitch or not to pitch…Overview: Pitching is a necessary part of new business acquisition but it can also be the bane of agency life. How do you decide whether or not to go for an opportunity and how much time to devote to it? Dom will share his experiences and give an overview of his 'Pitch Decision Tree' – a tool he devised and always uses to help him decide whether or not an opportunity is worth pursuing.'

Rachel Wilson Director of KW DigitalRachel is a Manchester-based digital marketing expert, agency owner and business consultant. In 2015, she founded KW Digital Ltd, a full-service digital marketing agency. In just five years, she has grown the business from one to 20 employees and an annual turnover in excess of £1 million. Her new mission is to unravel the mystique of digital marketing and make it accessible for everyone. She is passionate about unlocking the power of digital marketing and empowering entrepreneurs, business owners and fledgling digital marketers seeking to further their theoretical and practical knowledge of digital marketing techniques, strategies and technology.Presentation: The 'inhousing' trend is here to stay, it's time to pivot. Overview: The inhousing trend has been rising over the past few years and as both an agency owner and a digital consultant, I have first hand experience helping brands develop &amp; strengthen their internal teams in a bid to reduce their reliance on agencies. How can we ride on the back of this wave and bridge the knowledge and skill gap that exists between inhouse teams and external agencies?
