Pitching Masterclass with Elevator and Scottish EDGE - Aberdeen

The Scottish EDGE (Encouraging Dynamic Growth Entrepreneurs) is a Dragon's Den style competition for ambitious entrepreneurs who wish to grow their business. There is also a Young EDGE category specifically for those budding entrepreneurs in the 18-30 category.Companies that demonstrate the most potential win Scottish EDGE awards of up to £50,000 and access additional support for their business.To date, four rounds of the Scottish EDGE competition have taken place, resulting in 69 companies, securing over £2.5m of support. A further 10 companies secured a total of £75,000 through Young EDGE.

Scottish EDGE is a funding competition aimed at identifying and supporting Scotland’s up-and-coming, innovative, high-growth potential entrepreneurial talent. Scottish EDGE works with Elevator to support entrepreneurs and start-up businesses in any way we can. The outcome from Scottish EDGE Funding so far has been staggering: 2,990 Applications £13m+ Awarded 350 Businesses Supported 1652 Jobs Generated £131.29.22m Additional Turnover £108.33m Additional Investment
