Wiltshire based glass artist Pj will talk about her creative practice and her fascination with glass, fused glass in particular. She will describe how sheet glass can be used to create beautiful vessels and art work.
Pj has exhibited at The Peacock Arts Trail, Black Swan Arts in Frome and The Corsham Gallery, and she is a member of the Contemporary Glass Society. She is known for her bright, bold and colourful glass pieces - as far as she's concerned the world needs more colour. She will discuss her approach to concept and design and how she achieves a finished piece using different techniques.
There will be examples of Pj's work on display and an opportunity to buy some of her work at a discounted price.
The venue is the beautiful shop Made in Bradford on Avon where around 40 artists and makers have work on display, and there will be an opportunity to browse and buy. There will be refreshments in the form of wine and soft drinks.
