Join us as we think about agility, how to create the conditions for better service design thinking and demo tools to encourage innovation.

Ever heard the phrase “Life is what happens to us while we are making other plans”?  We spend our personal and professional lives trying to plan for every eventuality, but the real skill is in planning to be more agile. Knowing how and when to pivot your people, products and services can create incredible opportunities and build a much more resilient organisation. In this workshop, we’ll look at the concept of agility, how to create the conditions for better service design thinking and demo tools to encourage innovation and collaboration.  By the end of this workshop, you will have: <ul><li>Understood the key characteristics and behaviours of agile teams and organisations. </li><li>Explored strategies to encourage innovation and collaboration. </li><li>Tools and techniques to aid service design thinking. </li><li>Free downloadable resources you can use with your team and organisation. </li></ul>**PLEASE NOTE** <ul><li>Our workshops are small group and participatory to ensure you get the most out of the planned activities and are run via Zoom. </li><li>We require you to turn your video and audio on to allow for conversation with fellow participants. Unfortunately, if you are not able to turn them on, we will ask you to leave the session. </li><li>While smartphone users are welcome, using a desktop or tablet allows for you to better engage with interactive tools used. </li><li>Please have a pen and paper handy to allow you to participate in the interactive activities. </li><li>Our Labs are not open to independent coaches or consultants. </li><li>If you are unable to attend, please email hello@lensperspectives.org.uk to let us know. Our workshops often sell out so we want to make sure everyone who wants to attend can do so. </li></ul>
