Planning Without Overwhelm: Neurodivergent-Friendly Ways to Plan and Prioritise
Do planners, colour-coded timetables and carefully designed productivity systems work brilliantly… until they suddenly don’t?
This 90-minute interactive workshop looks at planning through a neurodivergent lens.
Rather than trying to become “better organised”, we’ll explore ways to make planning less cognitively demanding and more realistic.
We’ll cover areas including:
- turning large or vague tasks into something you can actually start;
- prioritising when everything feels equally urgent;
- planning around energy and capacity rather than an ideal week;
- reducing decision fatigue;
- creating flexible structures rather than rigid schedules; and
- recovering when a plan goes off track.
You’ll receive a workbook to use during the session and return to afterwards.
The aim isn’t to create the perfect productivity system. It’s to build a way of planning that you can actually use.
