Hi, I&#x27;m GraceI am an avid foodie with a range of experience in various kitchens environments. This includes bespoke demonstrations and classes, professional menu design, leading a local kitchen, cooking for an American summer camp and catering for private dining and yoga retreats. Being vegan for almost 9 years, I have had lots of time to explore flavour combinations. Since starting my own brownie business during lockdown, and since moving to Bristol a year ago I have been looking for my next culinary adventure. I hope to start organising regular supper clubs across the city alongside a range of other exciting events. There is nothing I love more than bringing people together around a table full of food. As Autumn is drawing in, I&#x27;m excited to produce a range of Middle Eastern inspired dishes using seasonal veg. Think warming, smokey, fragrant, tangy, sweet and spicy mouthfuls using locally grown vegetables. Served in an intimate communal space, the food will involve a seasonal three-course spread: <ul><li>Canapé starters </li><li>Warm and cold mezze sharing platters </li><li>A classic Bristish winter dessert with a twist</li></ul>The event is BYOB so please feel free to bring along a bottle to drink. Soft drinks will be included.All food served will be vegan and freshly made. Please let me know any specific dietary requirements (made in a kitchen handling gluten, nuts, mustard and sesame).
