Pluck & Prepare

Come and join us for a hands-on field-to-fork experience — prepare, taste, take home local game meat.

Due to the great success and turn out at our first pluck and prepare session we are hosing a second!
Participants will learn where game comes from directly from a gamekeeper, learn how to de-breast and prepare it, and watch a live butchery demonstration.

Guests are encouraged to ask questions, try freshly cooked game, and take home prepared meat.

Gaining a full-circle understanding of sustainable, locally sourced food and responsible countryside management.
