Introducing our 4-Week Plus Size Pole Course, created especially for women who want to move, build confidence, and reconnect with their bodies in a space that celebrates every curve.This isn’t about perfection, flexibility, or being the strongest in the room. It’s about showing up for yourself each week, growing at your own pace, and having fun while doing it.Step into a space where sass meets self-expression. This course is a pole dance experience designed exclusively for plus-size individuals who want to feel empowered, supported, and seen - every single week.Led by our expert instructor Aisha, each session is designed to help you build strong foundations, develop flow, and gradually bring everything together into a choreographed routine you can feel proud of. You’ll be guided with variations and tailored support so every movement feels accessible and aligned with your body.Over the 4 weeks, you’ll:<ul><li>Learn the fundamentals of pole dancing</li><li>Build confidence in your movement and flow</li><li>Start developing choreography step by step</li><li>Finish with a routine that’s uniquely yours</li></ul>The final week is all about refining your choreography, practicing, and celebrating how far you’ve come.No need to worry about flexibility, strength, or stamina - these are all things you’ll develop along the way. Everyone starts somewhere, and this is your space to begin (or continue) your journey.What You Need to Know:Who’s it for? Absolute beginners and anyone looking to build or strengthen their foundation. No prior experience needed.What to bring? Shorts (no leggings), a comfortable top, a water bottle, and a face cloth.Preparation: Please avoid moisturisers, body oils, or hand creams 24 hours before each session, as they can make the poles slippery.Course Details: Duration: 4 Weeks Dates: 3rd May &gt; 11AM - 12:30PM10th May &gt; 11AM - 12:30PM17th May &gt; 11AM - 12:30PM24th May &gt; 11am - 12:30PM Location: Akila Pole Studio, 49 Effra Rd, London SW2 1BZCome as you are, take up space, and give yourself four weeks of movement, joy, and self-celebration. 💖 Non-refundable. Limited spots available!Zero Minutes Lateness Policy Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe. <h3>Before purchasing a ticket</h3>Your health and safety are your responsibility.
