PMDD Pals Saturday/Sunday Support Group

Overview

Join us at the PMDD Pals Support Group in Glasgow - a safe space to connect and support each other.

Monthly Support Group for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) - Glasgow

I'm excited to invite you to the very first PMDD Support Group in Glasgow. This is a warm, welcoming space for anyone living with PMDD (diagnosed or self-identified) to connect, share experiences, and feel supported in a safe and confidential environment.

By coming along, you’ll be helping to build a local network of understanding peers — and hopefully leave feeling validated and less alone in how this condition impacts your life.

This group is supported by The PMDD Project. It runs on a monthly basis, for around 10 people.

What is PMDD?

PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) is a condition where, one to two weeks before menstruation, a person experiences severe mood changes such as irritability, low mood and anxiety to name a few. These often come with physical symptoms like fatigue, and together they can significantly impact daily life.
