Participants will be guided through accessible exercises that encourage awareness without pressure or perfection. The focus is on building a more compassionate relationship with the body and developing small, sustainable practices that can be integrated into everyday life.All funds raised via ticket sales will go directly back into The PMDD Project’s <a href="https://thepmddproject.org/about/" title="https://thepmddproject.org/about/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ongoing mission</a> to raise awareness in the UK. E.g. public workshops, in schools and universities, places of employment, local groups across the UK, with NHS practitioners and medical students etc.
