Pocket Coaching — Open Session

Pocket Coaching — Open Session

Online event
Tuesday, May 19  •  2:30 PM - 4 PM CEST
Overview

Free coaching practice — once a month, online. Think through real challenges with peers who listen and ask the right questions.

Ever wondered what it feels like to think through a real challenge — with a small group of people who actually listen, ask the right questions, and don't rush to give you advice?

That's what happens here.

Once a month, leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers from around the world meet online for a free, structured reflective practice based on pocket coaching — a simple, lightweight method for thinking through real challenges more clearly. No prior experience needed. No performance required. Just a genuine conversation, a simple process, and people who take thinking seriously.

What happens in 90 minutes:

Peer coaching (45 min) — You work in pairs through your own real situation using a short, structured pocket coaching format built around cognitive autonomy. Each person gets a turn.

Advanced live coaching (45 min) — One volunteer brings a challenge. The group listens and thinks together while the facilitator asks structured brief coaching questions. You'll often recognise your own situation in someone else's, and leave with valuable answers even if you are not in the hot seat.

Short on time? You're welcome to leave after the first 45 minutes.

This session is for you if you lead people, run something, or make decisions under pressure — and want a sharper, more structured way to think through what matters.

No prior coaching experience needed. Facilitated in English; practical exercises can be done in English, French, or any language (seriously).

Want more? Free members get 10+ open sessions per year, plus pragmatic, easy-to-use self-coaching tools. Paid members unlock exclusive sessions across multiple formats, plus individual coaching and training options.
