About the event:Podium.me is organising a free &#x27;Podcasting Workshop&#x27; on Thursday July 7, 2022. The interactive and informative workshop aims to encourage students to voice their opinions and document interesting stories by creating their own podcasts. The workshop will be facilitated by the in-house team of Podium.me and will include podcasting tips, story ideation, interviewing and recording tips, community-building and cross-promotion via social media and much more. It has won an ARIA Award both for innovation and audio drama and continues to be a force for challenging the media to represent young people accurately and fairly. Camilla Byk, MBE and Radio Academy Fellow since 2021 is the co-founder of Podium.me. She built the platform on a unique approach of &#x27;no selection, no rejection&#x27; policy allowing every young voice and idea to be heard. To date, more than 2000 individuals have participated and collaborated with Podium.me through various learning workshops and programmes.
