Improve posture + ease. Reduce tension & pain. Reflexive Strength workshop for the upper back with embodied dance integration.

Restore your strength. Move with freedom.

This workshop combines Reflexive Strength training with a guided embodied dance integration practice.

  • First we restore natural support in the body.
  • Then we explore what movement feels like when tension begins to release.
  • No dance experience required.


What happens in the workshop

3 hours — Reflexive Strength training

  • This work helps many people:
  • alleviate upper back tension and pain
  • activate and strengthen reflexive core support
  • restore natural posture and alignment
  • experience more ease and space in the body


1 hour — embodied dance integration

  • After a short break, we move into a guided movement exploration.
  • The sound journey will be created by Felix Oram, known for crafting rich emotional music landscapes.
  • Theme for this workshop:
  • self-expressiom


You are free to:

  • move
  • rest
  • observe
  • explore movement in your own way

There is no pressure to perform or dance “well”.


This workshop is also a portal

Participants will be invited (but never pressured) to continue into:

Grounded Optimism — a 5-month embodied healing journey

At the end of the workshop you can simply choose:

  • continue deeper,
  • or walk away with whatever you gained.

Both options are equally welcome.


Who this workshop is for

You may especially enjoy this workshop if you:

  • experience upper back tension or fatigue
  • want to feel stronger and more supported in your body
  • enjoy movement or dance practices
  • are curious about embodied exploration
  • No previous experience required.


What to bring

Please bring:

  • 2 large bath towels
  • (approximately 1m × 1.5m each)
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

All other props are provided


Light refreshments will be provided during the break

(fruit and dark chocolate).
