Population Needs Assessment Drop In - Torfaen

Population Needs Assessment Drop In - Torfaen

The Olive TreeCwmbran, Wales
Wednesday, Feb 25 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm GMT
Overview

We want to hear about what matters most to people when accessing health and social care support in Gwent.

“Working together for a Healthier Gwent, for the right care and support, in the right place, at the right time”.

The Gwent Regional Partnership Board want to hear from people across Gwent about what matters most to them about their health and social care services:

  • How you think those services should work to meet your needs
  • How you can play your part in your own health and well-being

It's about better understanding the relationship between people and the services they use and making it easier for everyone to know what services they can access, and how to access them at the right time.

Together we'll create better services and support in health and social care so people can feel confident to speak up, be heard and play their full part in their own health and care journey.

If you live in Torfaen, Newport, Monmouthshire, Caerphilly, or Blaenau Gwent—feel free to come along to any of our drop in events across Gwent.
