My name isClazand I'm an accredited Life, Career & Wellbeing Coach with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring, as well as a professional Holistic Therapist with qualifications in anatomy, physiology and healthy eating & wellbeing (nutritional basics).I'm passionate about seeing happier and healthier people!I love seeing transformation in determined people who want to make sustainable changes in their lives. Set yourself healthy boundaries and learn to communicate those well in your personal & professional life with this virtual live workshop

<h2>Introduction</h2>Boundaries are the limits and rules we set for ourselves within different types of relationships. Personal boundaries are normally set for personal relationships. Professional boundaries are normally set for professional relationships. A person with healthy boundaries can say “no” to others when they want to, but they are also comfortable opening themselves up to intimacy and closeness in their relationships. Assertive Communication is a style of communication in which a person stands up for and respects their own needs and wants, whilst also taking into consideration the needs and wants of others, without behaving passively or aggressively.Positive Assertive Communication is about framing your thinking in a way that inspires a movement of love (agape / selfless acts) in your heart - so that your &#x27;no&#x27; doesn&#x27;t close you off, but opens you up to something (or someone) else!This workshop is intended to support you in your quest to set up boundaries and to be in a place ofcommunicating those boundaries effectively – or at the very least implementing those boundaries.IMPORTANT: My approach is not the traditional approach to assertiveness. I myself haven&#x27;t become a &#x27;no&#x27; person. I am still a &#x27;yes&#x27; person. Rather than pulling on the breaks, closing off my heart and approaching a response as a &#x27;no&#x27;, I have learned to approach the response from a place of &#x27;yes&#x27; - but a &#x27;yes&#x27; to something greater or other, than the &#x27;no&#x27;. This workshop is designed for people who desire to learn how to say &#x27;no&#x27; in a kind and positive way. You will receive the link to the workshop as well as the worksheets that go with it up to 2 days before it begins. You&#x27;re most welcome to contact me if you have any questions about the workshop :) <h2>Other information</h2>Refunds: You can cancel up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. No refunds will be permitted beyond that point, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the workshop has to be cancelled. Participation Limits: No more than 12 people will be permitted to the workshop, in order that there is enough time for people to be able to share freely.
