Course Dates (September 2026):<ul><li>Monday 14th </li><li>Tuesday 15th </li><li>Wednesday 16th</li><li>Monday 21st</li><li>Tuesday 22nd</li><li>Wednesday 23rd</li></ul> Trainer-level requirements:<ul><li>Evidence of valid first aid certification</li><li>Personal and contact details</li><li>Evidence of a recognised training qualification, or evidence that they are signed up and working towards one</li><li>Evidence of at least 2 years' relevant experience in health, social care, or education</li></ul> What you’ll learn:<ul><li>The principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed practice</li><li>How to deliver safe and legally compliant Physical Intervention techniques</li><li>Training design and facilitation skills to engage and motivate learners</li><li>Assessment and evaluation tools to measure impact and effectiveness</li><li>Strategies for responding to distressed behaviour while maintaining dignity and safety</li><li>Confidence to train staff across care, education, healthcare, and workplace settings</li></ul>Who is this course for?<ul><li>Care and support professionals responsible for training staff</li><li>Teachers, SENCOs, and behaviour leads</li><li>Team leaders and managers in care or education</li><li>Independent trainers seeking accreditation in behaviour support and physical intervention</li><li>Organisations wanting in-house training capacity</li></ul>
