POSTNATAL HEALTH WORKSHOP

Paper Dress Yoga studio hosts a range of class styles: vinyasa, yin, ashtanga, flow and restore, and a variety of themed weekend workshops.The house style is mindful, breath-led, alignment-focused, sometimes strong and dynamic, sometimes slow and deep. Our practice is all about connecting the body to the breath and the physical to the spiritual. We love playful and creative classes, building strength and flexibility whilst encouraging curiosity and self-care.Our studio is a peaceful, light-filled space carefully enhanced with a few vintage treasures and charms. We have everything you need to make your class comfortable (and stylish!) – mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, vintage blankets, eye bags and, of course, expert teachers.All levels of students are catered for – we welcome total beginners and those that have practised for years. A 2-hour workshop for mums & pre walking babies , combining movements that strengthen safely & info/advice from an expert!

A delightful way to spend you time with or without your pre walking baby! <a href="https://www.floyoga.co.uk/biography" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Flo </a> (mother of two) will take you through a fluid practice incorporating breath work, safe strength and mobility exercises and of course a luscious guided relaxation!For the last 45 minutes, we will talk pelvic floor and holistic health with woman’s health physiotherapist <a href="https://www.sarahparkerphysio.com/sarah-parker" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sarah Parker</a> who specialised in the field 7 years ago and has a knack for educating with a good dose of laughter. There will be time for a Q&amp;A (where snacks will be served) so expect to gather lots of practical information to assist your postnatal recovery and reclaim your power!This workshop is available both in the studio and online and the recording will be made available so you can revisit any bit you miss or want to explore further!Postnatal Health Workshop | Saturday 27th November, 14.00-16.00 | £35 in-person, £25 online
