Can my pot be fired so I can keep it?

Yes, if you'd like to fire your pot we can decorate it in the session with coloured underglazes and it can be fired for an additional cost of £5-8 (depending on the size of the pot). Pots can be collected from two weeks after the workshop from Kigbeare Studios (please note we cannot post).

What ages is this suitable for?

This activity is suitable for ages 8 and over.

Do I need to bring anything?

No. Aprons, tools and clay will be provided. Tea, coffee and squash are available in the kitchenette in the pottery.

Our resident potter Elin Hughes graduated with a degree in Ceramics from Cardiff School of Art and Design and recently moved to Devon after an 18 month pottery apprenticeship in the US. She has over six years experience of running craft workshops.
