Do I need previous yoga experience for this class?

Some yoga experience is helpful but not necessary. A reasonable level of fitness is required.

Comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. Leggings, or shorts, and a t-shirt is best. Yoga is done in bare feet. Please bring an extra layer for the relaxation period at the end of class.

Do I need a yoga mat?

Yes although spare mats are available on request.
