Power of Language

The training is for workers to explore the importance of language in our practice both written and verbally.

It will give the attendee time to reflect on their practice, and how the words we use can affect the families we work with.

Learning Outcomes: Workers are communicating in a none judgemental and factual way to help support families and promote positive lasting change.
