What is the summit about? Power & Responsibility debates regulation, trust and the unintended consequences of the digital age. And it explores the technology response to the challenges before us. The summit looks at the downsides of the digital changes taking place across society and the economy. It covers critical themes including trust, privacy, regulation, mental health and developer ethics. We will look at the challenges that these issues present, and look at the policy and technology solutions to them. We will ask if regulation is the answer - or if the technology itself holds the answers to the problems its application has created.
