Power BI
Mary Fealty, Consultant Broadtree Solutions
Introduction to using Microsoft's Power BI Visualisations. For anyone not yet aware of it, Power BI is ultimately, Microsoft's entry level SQL Server Analysis services tabular plus a front end data visualisations tool. In this demo-focused session, Mary will be using a SQL dataset to walk through some of the built-in and custom visualisations available in Power BI Desktop. Mary will walk through how to use and format these to create compelling visualisations.
About Mary: Mary is an old gamer who replaced her enjoyment of gaming with working with data. That’s how satisfying Power BI is to her. Plus, she makes a living from it, as the owner of Broadtree Solutions, based in Belfast, covering the UK & Ireland. She can be occasionally spotted on Game of Thrones as a Wildling.
