I've freelanced for agencies including Clarion, Frank and Hope and Glory - working with brands such as IKEA, Warbutons and Pret. I've also run PR Secrets since 2021, my PR consultancy, where I advise brands and PR companies via workshops and 1-2-1s, on what journalists want to see in their inboxes.
