Practical work in A-level Chemistry

Come join us on Wednesday 18th June at Dr Challoners High School

This course is designed for Chemistry teachers who are new to or returning to A-level teaching, as well as those looking to refine their approach to practical work. During the day, you will explore key apparatus and techniques, developing confidence in delivering engaging and effective practical lessons.

Through hands-on experience, participants will have the opportunity to improve their own practical skills while learning strategies to enhance student understanding of experimental work.

By the end of the course, teachers will feel more confident in delivering high-quality practical lessons, ensuring students develop essential laboratory skills while deepening their understanding of A-level Chemistry concepts.
