About this event

This session is designed to help bridge the gap between ideas and action for those who have been to a previous workshop.

It can be really hard to put things into practice when real-life emotions and challenges take over - so this workshop is all about getting practical.

No screens, no Powerpoint slides - just shared reflection, everyday examples, and time to think things through together.

Bring your questions, your own tricky moments and everyday scenarios. We’ll explore how the ideas can be applied for your family, so you leave with next steps that feel right for you.

Looking forward to hearing how you’ve been getting on - and helping you build on the ideas from the workshops.

Organized by

'Growing Brains: Calm Minds and Confident Selves,' a workshop series designed to provide busy parents with clear, actionable strategies rooted in science to help the whole family thrive.

Supportive, small group workshops led by Dr Netali Levi, a Clinical Psychologist with 20 years of experience working with families. These in-person workshops will guide you with children’s most important psychological needs, helping us to know where to focus our efforts and energies as parents. The workshops are underpinned by science and current research on child and adolescent wellbeing in digestible form. This will help you to feel informed as your child's needs change.

You will be given lots of practical, realistic tips to use with your child or teenager, helping you feel confident in supporting them, to be able to enjoy today and the coming years.
