Transforming Healthcare Together Conference

Building Health Partnerships and Transforming Healthcare Togetherexists to support cross-sector healthcare leaders with building relationships that enable improvements to health outcomes. In July 2019, we began an in depth 12-month programme with fourIntegrated Care Systems. Covid-19 initially put a halt to all our work, but after an initial hiatus it became clear that the pandemic was enabling people to work in a different way, and that we were needed to help resolve live challenges and facilitate learning from initial responses to inform future work. The programme is delivered by the Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR) and Social Enterprise UK (SEUK), with bespoke elements from King's Fund and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). It is jointly funded by NHS England, NHS Improvement and the National Lottery Community Fund.

Building Health Partnerships

Hosted by IVAR, SEUK and NHS England, this conference will be an excellent opportunity to meet, share your work and hear from others working in collaboration across sectors to deliver better health and care outcomes.
It is also a timely for those developing STP/ICS implementation plans, in supporting you to articulate your approach to system engagement with the VCSE.
Who is the conference for?
We’re convening those involved in the Building Health Partnership programme – past, present and future – and other STP/ICS leads, commissioners, clinicians and professionals from the VCSE sector interested or involved in building relationships that transform our healthcare system.
